Photography, like all mediums of art, is a form of expression that is limited only by the artist. An artist can express anything. What differentiates one artist from another is each has their own style and mantra, which can grow, adapt and improve over time. Art is not something that has a ceiling: the possibilities are endless. Yet photography seems to embody more than art, it seems to represent a whole modern aesthetic. Today anyone can take a photograph and share it with the world. Be it to record an event, to advertise a product, to represent a person, to provoke discussion, all of the above and more. Photography is the modern medium that can do it all. It is to my being as painting was to Mark Rothko: between the four edges of my photographs 'you can find everything that I want to say.'
